It was another cool but sunny day as we continued from Garden City, Kansas to Lamar, Colorado, Trinidad and finally stopping in Las Vegas, New Mexico. It was fun to take the Santa Fe Trail (a dirt road) for part of the route. We are sure Grandpa traveled the same road.
