The Cobra has been running fine and I participated in the 2008 Texas Cobra Club meet. The meet was held at the Round Rock Marriott. There were over 60 Cobras there from Dallas, Houston and surrounding areas.

Also in 2008 the Austin Cobra Club participated in the Georgetown Classic Car Show. Great time with great friends. 
These cars get a lot of attention. 🙂
In October we participated in the Annual Texas Classic Car show for the Make-A-Wish foundation. 
This is where I learned not to park under a Live Oak tree in the fall unless you are collecting acorns. I did give Julie Roberts a ride in the Cobra after the show. Well, okay maybe it was just an autographed movie poster of Julia Roberts but it was still fun and she did not criticize my driving.
